We accept returns of the Neck Reliever in their original packaging, including all printed inserts, parts, and pieces. There should not be any signs of wear and tear.
Tax and shipping costs are non-refundable.
To return the Neck Reliever, contact Custom support by email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. You don't need a reason for returning the Neck Reliever, but we would be very grateful if you could give us feed back why you want to return the product, so that we can make improvements if needed.
After emailing support, wait for our reply where you will receive your RMA (Return Material Authorization) and the return address.
Write the RMA number on a slip of paper and insert with the Neck Reliever.
An RMA is required for all returns.
As soon as we have received and verified the product we will transfer the money to your account.
